This Neff gas hob is known as gas on glass, it has 4 gas burners with cast iron pan supports on top of a tempered black glass. Not only does this look great but functions really well, it has flames select which has 9 different flame settings on each zone, you know exactly where the flame is with out looking at it, the control knob has 9 separate settings for the different flame size. This appliance has the control knobs on the front for ease of use & 3 different burner sizes for different size pans. If you use LPG then not a problem as this appliance comes with LPG jets to put on if required. The hob has a flame failure device fit for safety and the ignition is by the control knob, it does require mains power for the ignition to work, however if you have a power cut you can still use this hob.
