We believe that we have set our prices very competitively, if you have found a product that we sell cheaper elsewhere then please contact us either by phone (Tel 01253 699009), by email sales@appliancespares-direct.co.uk and we will do our best to match it.

We promise to try & beat any genuine like for like quotes on appliances. Just bring in a print out of what you have found and our sales team will try their best to beat it. We want local people to shop locally whilst still getting a good price and that personal service only local shops can provide.

Our Price Match Terms:

1. We automatically price match to AO.COM, Argos, Curry’s, John Lewis, Richer Sounds, Hughes, Crampton and Moore and Harry Garlick
2. We can sometimes match to other websites but these will be on a case by case basis.
3. We will only match on a like for like basis so we will match all the services they offer, this may mean our delivery/installation charges could increase in line with theirs.
4. The item must have the same length of guarantee as the one we are selling.
5. The price match is for the day we price match only.
6. The price match is for before purchase only. We do not refund once and order has been placed.
7. The matching product must be brand new and in the original sealed box, not Ex-Display.
8. The matching product must be identical and the model number verified.
9. The matching product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 72 hours.
10. The policy is non-transferable and not available on any other product categories.
11. The price match policy is limited to one use per consumer/household, per month.
