Spare Parts

Delivery Information...

All our spare parts are sent out using our standard delivery service 1St Class Royal Mail, others are sent via First Class Royal Mail Recorded which will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not around the postman will put a card through your door and tell you where your parcel is and where and when you can collect.

We try to keep the cost of postage to a minimum. Parcels are usually received within 1-3 days of order within the UK with most items being shipped out the same day. At times we may use other postal services, couriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel, some large items/parcels should be delivered next day.

You are given the option to pay extra for a next working day delivery, you will see this when you look in your shopping basket.

If for whatever reason the item that you have ordered is not available, we will contact you straight away to see if you want it cancelling and refunding or leaving on back order.

Delivery Information...

  • We provide a FREE Local Delivery the same day or a day which you choose throughout Blackpool & the Fylde Coast and parts of Preston, we do deliver further afield with a small delivery charge.
  • We will deliver FREE to you on a time you have chosen. (no need to waste a day waiting around for a delivery with us)
  • We will Remove All Packaging & Recycle If required
  • We will Remove your old appliance & recycle if required
  • We can install your new appliance if required.
  • There is a small charge for delivering appliances to rooms on the first floor or above which involve stairs, if there is a working lift then there is no charge.
  • All machines will be delivered to your room of choice so long as there is adequate room and a clear path to get it there. If not installation charges will apply view here.

Please note that if you have not paid for installation and you require us to take away your old appliance, please make sure that it is fully disconnected and out ready to take away. If you have paid for installation we will do this for you.

Our local Area is Blackpool & the Fylde Coast, including parts of Preston. If you live in the following postcode areas then we are able to deliver to you Free of charge, FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8, PR1, PR2, PR3 and PR4. In most cases we provide a Free Same Day Delivery. Some areas just outside the local area we can still deliver to but may be subject to Small delivery charges. Simply put your postcode in the summary in the shopping cart and delivery charge options will appear. If you are unsure as to whether we will be able to deliver appliances to your selves the please call 01253 699009 and we will gladly answer your questions.

When will I get my order?

Placing Orders of appliances on this web site:

The majority of the appliances that we display are all in-stock either in-store, at our warehouse round the corner or at our central warehouse. We will be able to deliver any in-stock products to you for FREE on the same day if ordered before 2pm, or after this it will be a FREE next day delivery.

Once an order has been placed we will call you to confirm a delivery date & time.

Items listed as "In-stock" can be delivered same day / next day in most cases providing space in the diary. Item listed as "Please Call for availability" could be instock with our central warehouse so it's always worth a phone call to us to find out.  We get deliveries from our central warehouse three times a week.

Once you have placed an order via the web site, we will confirm via email that we have received this order, we will then be in touch with you either via email or telephone to arrange a suitable date and time of delivery.

Deliveries will only be supplied once paid in full, and will only be delivered if the payment has been made by the genuine cardholder.

Deliveries of TV set

The price listed on the web site for installation is for set up of the tv only on to its tv stand & to Existing cables only. We do not connect these tv's to the wall. If you require connecting to the wall, it is possible for most tv sets but you would have to do this


We are happy to take away any like for like appliances when we deliver your new machine. Just select this option on the product or check out page. The charges are to cover transportation of old electrical items. More wee waste information here
