Delivery Information

Spare Parts Delivery

All our spare parts are shipped using our standard delivery service via 1st Class Royal Mail. For certain items, we may use First Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery, which requires a signature upon receipt. If you're unavailable, the postal service will leave a card with instructions on where to collect your parcel.

We strive to keep postage costs low, with most parcels delivered within 1-3 days in the UK, often shipping the same day. For larger items, we may use alternative postal services or couriers, and next-day delivery options are available for an additional fee, which you can select at checkout.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to discuss whether you’d like to cancel, receive a refund, or place the item on back order.

Home Appliance Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on the same day or at a time of your choosing throughout Blackpool, the Fylde Coast, and parts of Preston. For deliveries beyond these areas, a small delivery charge may apply. Please note that we cannot always guarantee installation available on same/next working day deliveries, especially for appliances that require a two-person delivery due to stairs.

What We Offer:

  • Convenient Delivery Times: Choose a delivery time that suits you—no need to wait around all day!
  • Packaging Removal & Recycling: We’ll take away all packaging materials and recycle them if needed.
  • Old Appliance Removal: We can remove and recycle your old appliance upon delivery.
  • Installation Services: Installation is available upon request, with a small charge for delivering appliances to rooms above the first floor, unless there is a working lift.

Please ensure that your old appliance is fully disconnected and ready for removal if you have not opted for installation. If you have paid for installation, we’ll handle the disconnection for you.

Local Delivery Areas:

We deliver for free to the following postcode areas: FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY7, FY8, PR1, PR2, PR3, and PR4. Many of these areas qualify for same-day delivery. For locations just outside our local delivery area, small charges may apply. Enter your postcode at checkout to see delivery options, or call us at 01253 699009 if you have any questions.

Order Delivery Timing

Most appliances displayed on our website are in stock, either in-store or at our nearby warehouse. Orders placed before 2 PM qualify for FREE same-day delivery, while orders after this time will be delivered the next day at no charge.

Once you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Items marked as "In-stock" are generally available for same-day or next-day delivery. Other items will have a delivery date when available, and those listed as "Please Call for Availability" may be in stock with our suppliers.

All deliveries require full payment and will only be made to the genuine cardholder.

TV Set Delivery and Installation

The listed price for TV installation covers setup onto a TV stand and connection to existing cables only. We do not connect TVs to wall mounts, but this can usually be arranged at your request.

Recycling Services

We are happy to take away any like-for-like appliances when delivering your new item. Simply select this option during checkout. Charges apply to cover the transportation of old electrical items. For more information on waste management,More wee waste information here
