Key Exclusions: Faults that occur outside the policy duration, or any claim where the fault is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or which are due to a generic manufacturing defect. Appliances used for a non-domestic purpose or in a commercial environment. Any fault or damage caused by any theft, attempted theft, or malicious damage. Cosmetic damage, routine maintenance, cleaning and servicing.
